Aaron Endré

Climate deeptech will define the next century. But 90% of these startups fail between pilot and commercial scale. Not because the technology isn't good enough, but because the go-to-market isn't there. That's what Aaron set out to solve.

Aaron started his career in 2009 as the first hire at Bhava Communications in San Francisco, helping grow the agency to a team of 15+ and over $2M in annual revenue with clients including IBM, Cloudera, and Pure Storage. After leading U.S. communications for London-based startup Huddle, he founded endré in 2013 as a commercialization partner for high-growth startups. For the first five years, he worked with category-defining B2B and enterprise tech brands in Silicon Valley (data infrastructure, AI/ML, cybersecurity), helping them move from early traction to market leadership.

In 2019, Aaron pivoted fully to climate deeptech because it's the most important and least-served segment in tech. Today, endré operates as a fractional CCO/CMO from pre-seed to Series B and beyond, building everything a breakthrough technology needs to become a market leader: GTM strategy, investor readiness, stakeholder engagement, and demand generation.

Today Aaron is based in Amsterdam with in-market capability across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Climate deeptech is a transatlantic market and endré operates accordingly.

Joined Bhava Communications as its first employee in San Francisco, helping grow the agency to 15+ team members and $2M+ in annual revenue. Clients included IBM, Cloudera (NYSE: CLDR), Pure Storage (NYSE: PSTG), Drobo, Overland Storage (NASDAQ: OVRL), ionGrid (acquired by NetApp), and Atempo (acquired by ASG).

U.S. PR lead at Huddle
Led U.S. marketing communications for Huddle (acquired by Ideagen), a London-based B2B cloud content management startup, building the company's presence among target audiences in the United States as part of a global marketing team.
2013
Founded endré in San Francisco
Launched endré as a commercialization partner for Silicon Valley's most innovative B2B startups, embedding as a fractional CCO/CMO from the earliest stages.
2019
Climate deeptech pivot
Pivoted fully to focus on climate deeptech, supporting science-led hardware solving hard-to-abate emissions across energy, mobility, materials, and carbon capture.
2020
European expansion: Amsterdam
Established European headquarters in Amsterdam. Became ClimateHack Ambassador and built deep investor relationships across the EU climate ecosystem.
